It was an honor to be able to present a check for $169,000 to Duncan Fire for new SCBA’s.
“All DVRFD firefighters use the SCBA in structure fires, vehicle fires, and hazmat situations. They provide clean, cool breathing air, full face protection, and an emergency alarm system in case a firefighter goes down. These allow them to enter situations, they otherwise would be unable to enter and perform firefighting and/or rescue operations in hazardous environments. These new systems are not only faster, last longer, but are also much safer; allowing us to better serve most of Greenlee county, while also providing our firefighter with the highest level of safety.” says Fire Captain Dustin Richards
